Another sad commentary on Australian Basketball

The indecent haste by BA to get rid of Phil Smyth after losing to New Zealand must now take on a new reality with Australia folding to our worst ever position at the Olympic Games for many a long time and now the thrashing by New Zealand.

Sad to say, we are no better off- time for a change! YES

We, along with Netball and Rugby think that New Zealand is our worthy opponent.

No one much else plays Netball or Rugby in the World but Basketball is a completely different story, it is played almost everywhere in a very serious manner.

No Point Brian in Whining about all things you don't have or that this was just a "training Run" This means absolutely nothing with the general Australian public, save it for your mates at BA. Get your act together and win against a World Power, or get out!
